Audit Engine is a service provided by Venture Panda LLC (the "Company"). By using AuditEngineHQ.com or purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Audit Engine produces strategic audit reports for businesses. Reports are AI generated analyses based on publicly available information plus information you provide during intake. Reports include findings, recommendations, and methodology notes.
2. Informational only
Reports are informational. They are not legal, financial, accounting, tax, regulatory, or medical advice. You are responsible for verifying findings before acting on them. The Company is not liable for outcomes resulting from your reliance on a report.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of any business information you submit during intake. You grant the Company a license to use this information to produce your audit and to improve methodology. The Company will not sell or license your business information to third parties.
4. Our IP
The methodology rubrics, agent prompts, scoring frameworks, and report structure are the intellectual property of the Company. You may share, quote, and excerpt the report you receive for your own business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the methodology to compete with the Company.
5. Refunds
Standard tier ($799) is non refundable once the audit run has begun. If you are dissatisfied with the report quality, contact audits@auditenginehq.com within 7 days of delivery; we may at our sole discretion offer a partial refund or a re run.
Plus tier ($7,499) carries a 14 day satisfaction guarantee from final delivery. If unsatisfied, contact us in writing within the window for a partial refund proportional to undelivered scope.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of New York County, New York.
8. Changes
The Company may revise these terms. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes are dated.
